It only took us a year!

It only took us a YEAR to buy a vacuum! Lucky for my Mom I don't borrow her's anymore! I was thinking the day we bought it that we actually bought a pontoon boat,PlayStation, a dog before we ever got a vacuum!
One time Kellen came down to get Mom's vacuum and I can't remember what it was maybe I was cutting his hair at my house, So we decided to make a deal. I would cut his hair if he "forgot" Mom's vacuum.
But just so everyone doesn't think we are horrible children I did bring it up myself the next day, Brandon & I were shampooing our carpets and I wasn't finished with the vacuum ;)

Bentley Before! Does anyone notice anything? Yes our dog could not see! I took the scissors to his bangs earlier and we thought it made him look special. Brandon told me to leave the cutting to the professionals....we both got a good laugh. At first every time I looked at him I couldn't help but laugh. If Bentley would have held still I would have done more channel cutting and point cutting. I did the best I could with kitchen scissors!
Bentley After! Look he can actually see! Yes they gave him a little bandanna with kittys on it! Not only is he a dog but he is a boy!

...and of course more hair...prom was last week or so this was one of the girls I worked on.

It wouldn't be life without a little adventure!

Brandon bought a pontoon boat! It is great having our tax returns back! We went up to Baker Lake and Quail Lake to test out our boat. I will have to post a video from Quail lake...Brandon didn't have time to fill up the pontoon boat in time before the sun was setting and he really REALLY wanted to go fishing. It was really cute; luckily he didn’t sink, because I don’t know if I could have saved him and the boat!
Made more family pizza on our pizza stone! This was so yummy I probably gained 5 pounds. But it was well worth the 5 pounds!!!

These were my Valentine flowers I got at hair school
These were just because flowers :)
Trish: I did the cut, color & hair extensions. I had to fix her hair from a previous girl she had do her hair there at the hair school a few months ago. She was very happy to have her hair back look pretty!

When I realized it has almost been and year since we have had professional family photos done it made me want a cute photo of us together. If we don't have kids soon I might just do professional family photos anyways. So instead I had us take this photo one Sunday morning. That Sunday in church I heard a GREAT quote: Life is like a straw only you can make it SUCK" haha I love it!!!

Our new little garden starter! We have Basil & Poppy flowers!
So, on our 1rst year anniversary Brandon got us a hotel at Cedar Breaks Lodge up at Brian Head. We got the nicest hotel they had & we went out to a nice dinner and then the next morning snowboarding. But I realized I brought my camera CASE not my CAMERA! Oh well we had the camcorder that we got for Christmas from Brandon's Mom. The battery was dead! Haha Seriously? I was so sad! We were able to take ONE snap shot of us and our wedding cake before it died!
A few girl friends from hair school and I went to a MAC Pro class together! I love going to these and learning from professional makeup artists. Normally it costs around $100 gift card which is 100 % fully redeemable in product. Product which I get 40% off with my MAC Pro card. I figure if I am going to spend money on makeup anyways for my brides & myself I might as well get a great class out of it! It is hard not to buy everything when MAC eyeshadows are 6 bucks for me!
We went to Sephora to show the girls the Lash bar they have there it is really fun to try on the lashes before purchasing them to see how they look on!
