Brandon & I were engaged on Saturday night December 11, 2010.
Brandon came up to visit me on Friday night. Brandon surprised me by showing up 3 hours earlier than he lead me to believe. What a great surprise. He also showed up with two dozen long stem red roses. What a sweetheart!!
Later that night we went to Red Mango our FAVORITE frozen yogurt place! Brandon & I use to go to Spoon Me in Saint George all the time. When we are in Orem we go to Red Mango (Its soooo much better!)
Red Mango also has Mochi balls they are little balls of gummy rice. They have a texture of a fruit snack but tastes more like a thick marshmallow. Brandon & I ate dinner at GURU. It is a type of resturant you would see in Seattle by Pikes Place Market.
Saturday Brandon & I woke up and hit uip the gym & made breakfast together. Then we went to see Tangled @ the movie theater. It was such a cute show! I definitley recommend it to anyone considering going to see a show. Great clean humor with a cute twist to a classic story. Afterwards Brandon dropped me off at my apartment & let me get ready for the evening. When he came back to pick me up he brough me a single white rose. He is so romantic. I am such a lucky girl!!
He took me up to SLC to Temple Square. The lights were AMAZING! We ate at the Top of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. The view and food was great!
Brandon & I got for a starter Fried Pickles! I love salty foods so Brandon thought I might like them...he was definilty right!
Inside it was decorate beautifully for Christmas. There was also an art show going on that we went to go look at and walk through.
We walked around Temple Square afterwards and looked at all the lights. We were talking on a park bench for a while. Talking about how much we loved each other when he got down on one knee and proposed to me. It was so perfect. The feeling was so wonderful. Brandon slipped the ring on my finger after I said yes and kissed me softly.
